Our Provider Enrollment Portal

Summer is here. That means you might have hired some new providers to join your practice. Getting them set up with all the health plans you do business with is a lot of work. Did you know that AllWays Health Partners has an online Provider Enrollment Portal? It’s just one of the many ways we make doing business with us a bit easier for our network.

The Provider Enrollment Portal gives you the ability enroll a provider online. It also lets you generate a completed HCAS form – and we don’t mind if you send it to other health plans! With our secure portal, all you need to do is login and you have plenty of easy to use features. If you are already contracted with us, you can use all these features. It takes only a few minutes.

  • Enroll new providers to your group
  • Terminate existing providers
  • Open and close panels
  • Submit demographic changes
  • Check the status of your online requests
  • Receive email notifications when requests are completed
