Starting on January 1, the AllWays Health Partners provider portal became your single-stop for claims and eligibility checks. On the portal, you can check these in less than a minute. Previously, it could take up to 10 minutes to check claims and eligibility by phone. 

Not sure how to check claims and eligibility or — gasp! — not registered for the provider portal? Check out our three new demos. All three are concise, informative, and easy-to-follow for your convenience.

Our provider portal training demos

These demos are less than ten minutes long combined, offering a quick way to familiarize yourself with our provider portal and its functions.

The Registering for the Provider Portal demo explains basic registration and how to become a user administrator. It also gives an overview of the portal’s functionality. Don’t forget to have your practice’s tax ID number on hand before you start.

 

In Checking Claims Status, you'll see exactly how to find claims status and learn the definitions of the different types of claim status.

 

Finally, Checking Eligibility shows you how to search for your patients in our system and how to view basic benefit information.

In addition to the portal demos, this page gives you easy access to all of the resources that will help you get the most from your portal account. Share the link to the portal resource page with all the new portal users in your practice. On this page, you can:

Designate a user admin

If you're a new provider, welcome! Before you can begin to use our portal, your practice must designate at least one user administrator. User administrators are responsible for managing users for your site, including granting access to new users. 

To become a user admin, fill out our Provider Portal User Administrator Application and send it to prweb@allwayshealth.org. We’ll review and approve the application within 48 hours.

One final tip: log in frequently 

Once you’ve registered, make sure you log in at least once every 90 days or your login credentials will expire. If this happens to you, you’ll have to re-register.
