Every year, we conduct an annual provider satisfaction survey to measure the experiences of our network. This year, we received a record number of responses with more than 800 providers weighing in on what's great about AllWays Health Partners and what we can make even better.

2019 survey highlights

Here’s a a look at the results from the most recent survey.

provider-survey-results-jan20Nearly 85% of providers gave us a satisfied rating overall (A 10% increase from the previous year!). 40% more providers rated us as “very easy” to work with over any other health plan. Over 80% of providers were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with authorization turnaround times.

Enhancing the provider experience

Each year, the Provider Network team reviews the satisfaction survey data to identify opportunities to make it easier for providers to work with us and deliver exceptional care. For example, through last years' survey, we heard that providers wanted a better online experience — that’s why we recently revamped our provider website. The site now has a sleek, streamlined navigation, so you can quickly get to important resources like authorization guidelines, medical policies, and provider portal support. 

With your feedback, we also improved the way we communicate to our network. In addition to our administrative newsletter, you can now read about the latest industry topics in our Best Practice Provider Blog as well as important clinical updates through our Clinical Digest newsletter.
