It’s been two months since we redesigned our provider website, provider.allwayshealthpartners.org, and we want to know what you think. The changes we made in December were based on your feedback from last year’s provider survey, where you asked us for a better online experience with easier navigation. That’s why we created a resource hub with quick access to the information you use the most, such as medical policies, prior authorization requirements, and claims-submission info.
Every year, we conduct an annual provider satisfaction survey to measure the experiences of our network. This year, we received a record number of responses with more than 800 providers weighing in on what's great about AllWays Health Partners and what we can make even better.
You’ve told us time and again that insurance companies don’t seem to be listening to your concerns. By now you know that AllWays Health Partners is working hard to change that. After all, your patients are our members, so we should be working together.
